Terms of use

These terms govern access to this website and use of our platform for creating, managing and deploying email signatures (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. Where a separately signed agreement with an organisation conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.

1. Definitions

  • Service: the website, the web application, the demo console, and the add-ins and integrations we provide.
  • Customer: the organisation that subscribes to the Service, free or paid.
  • User: anyone who accesses the Service, including the Customer’s administrators and employees.
  • Content: the text, images, logos, banners, links and data the Customer or its Users bring into the Service.

2. Accounts

  • The information you give when signing up must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
  • The Customer’s administrators manage the Users of their organisation, their permissions and their access.

3. Plans, prices and payment

The Service is offered on several plans, including a free plan with usage limits. What each plan includes, its limits and its price are set out on our Pricing page.

Paid plans are billed per active employee, monthly or annually, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes; applicable taxes are added.

We may change our prices. A change applies from the next billing period and is announced at least 30 days in advance. Unless the law says otherwise, amounts paid for a period already started are not refundable.

4. Demo console

The demo console lets you try the Service without an account. It is provided as is, may be reset at any time, and must not be used to store real or sensitive data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful or that infringes anyone’s rights;
  • send bulk unsolicited messages, run phishing operations or impersonate a person or organisation;
  • distribute malware or links to malware;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the Service, its systems or other customers’ data;
  • circumvent your plan’s limits, or disrupt or overload the Service;
  • copy, decompile or disassemble the Service, except where the law allows it;
  • resell the Service or make it available to third parties without our written consent.

6. Customer content

The Customer keeps all rights in its Content. For the duration of the agreement, it grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display that Content solely as needed to provide the Service — in particular to show signatures in emails sent by its Users.

The Customer confirms that it holds the necessary rights to its Content, that the Content is lawful, and that it has informed its employees about the processing of their data as required by applicable law.

We may remove or disable any Content that clearly breaches these terms or the law.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Their use is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or operation, and the Customer may revoke the permissions it granted at any time from those services’ admin consoles.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, signature templates, documentation, trademarks and visual elements remain the exclusive property of us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, limited to the term of your subscription and to the use these terms allow.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.

9. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy. For the employee data it manages in the Service, the Customer is the controller and we act as its processor; a data processing agreement can be put in place at the Customer’s request.

10. Availability and support

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, announced in advance where possible. A guaranteed service level applies only if a separate agreement provides for one.

We may evolve the Service and add or remove features. We will not remove an essential feature from a running paid plan without reasonable notice.

11. Term, suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, or a risk to the security of the Service or other customers, with notice where possible.
  • When the agreement ends, the Customer may request an export of its data for 30 days. After that, the data is deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.

12. Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will meet all your needs, or that signatures will look identical in every email client, as rendering depends on each client’s vendor.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of revenue, customers or data. Our total liability, for all causes combined, is limited to the amounts the Customer paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. For significant changes, we will notify Customers at least 30 days in advance; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

The parties will try to settle any dispute amicably before taking action. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts designated by the applicable law, subject to any mandatory provisions that protect the Customer.

If any clause of these terms is found invalid, the others remain in force. Not enforcing a right does not mean waiving it.
