Can I try it without creating an account?
Yes. You open a demo console that is already filled in, and you use the editor, the campaigns and the statistics for real. You only hand over your email if you decide to keep the account.
How does it work with Gmail?
An administrator authorizes Soniako once at the domain level. After that Soniako writes the signature straight into Gmail for each person: nobody installs or pastes anything.
And with Outlook?
A Soniako add-in is deployed once from your Microsoft 365 admin center. It fetches the already-compiled signature on every new message, which is what keeps it current without anyone intervening.
Do I need IT to get started?
To try it, no. To connect the directory and deploy, you need someone with admin rights on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — once, at the start. After that marketing keeps the keys.
What happens to a signature when someone changes role?
It recompiles. Job title, team and contact details come from the directory, so the moment the record changes, the signature follows.
Where is my data?
In the European Union — the database and the signature files alike. GDPR-compliant processing, DPA on request.
